Receptionist could not have been nicer, despite haviing to take more cash from me

General Comments

Arrived at the Travelodge in Leeds that told me I was booked into the other one in Leeds. Got there to be told I was in fact booked into the other one. Receptionist called her boss and agreed to let me transfer, that done a large voda tonic and off to my room, a knok on the door, receptionist tells me I had actually miss booked on-line and should have been there two days ago! Managed a quick trip to cash point, problem sorted, however as a frequent user was somewhat miffed at having to pay twice.
