Good Points

Prices cheap which is excellent if you dont need to make a claim!


Bad Points

No communication whats so ever from sheilas wheels or garage, down to me to do the chasing and still not getting any answers. The fact i am out of pocket with having to pay out for not having a car does not interest them in the slightest. No offer of courtesy car as yet!


General Comments

Not impressed with Sheilas Wheels Car Insurance, car taken away thursday almost a week ago, garage looked at repairs and sent quote into sheilas wheels, im still waiting to hear if they are going to approve the work or not. No courtsey car as yet and no decision, no communication either, i have had to constantly phone to enquire on the progress only to be told to phone the garage, garage then told me to phone shelias wheels! Prices may be cheap but customer service is appalling
