Good Points

Karcher customer service staff friendly and helpful but clearly needs a good product and reliable back up for them which doesnt appear to happen.

Ok when they work


Bad Points

Very expensive for something which clearly isnt going to work for as long as you would expect. I wouldnt expect much from a £50 washer but with a name like Karcher and paying almost three times the amount I would expect more than 18 months very light use.


General Comments

K3.99m washer - £129.99 paid in August 2007 - little use (about 10 times) and sprung a leak spurting water from inside whilst using it in April 2009.

It was brought to replace an older 630 which met a very similar end.

When the hose fitting poped of due to the water pressure build up when starting/stopping the machine during first use, I should have taken that as a bad omen.
