i ordered on 27.3.09, they took the money out of my account that day. i rang up to chase it on 9.4.09, the recorded message said it had been dispatched on 30.3.09 with eta of 4.4.09. so i went through to customer service who said it had only been dispatched on 4.4.09 with eta of 14.4.09.i rang today, 15/4/09, recorded message still said eta 4.4.09. spoke to cus serv who said it was dispatched today! with eta of 25.4.09, asked her foher supervisor, she put me on hold for 46 min 16seconds! yes i held, spoke to a supervisor who refused refund and said i have to wait 10 days for it to come then return it to get refund, i told him, by law you cant take money until item dispacheted, he said it's standard & dispatchers fault, i explained my contract is with ideal world not dispatcher, he refused to do anything, so as of this moment this company have taken money from me and lied to me as they have money and i have no item, and all of their advisors have given different details!
