Lots of simple, easy to follow suggestions on what to eat.
General Comments
The Rosemary Conley Slimming Club class size was too big so not enough room to do proper exercise. There were two classes both very big classes which ran consecutively and I ended up leaving early and I missed the "inspirational talk".
Diet recommendations and exercise programme lovely.
Took a while to work out what I wanted and needed to take from the whole programme but after 8 weeks I finally worked it out. I'm still following the food and meal recommendations and am trying to increase the amount of exercise I do.
