General Comments

How I rue the day I switched away from Direct Line to Zurich Car Insurance. Another driver backed into my parked car nearly two years ago and it still isn't sorted out. Two years! Pyramids have been built in less time! Don't bother writing to them, they don't answer. Don't bother asking for someone to call you back, they won't.
The most hopeless insurance company ever.
