Good Points

Can get down and dirty at low volume overdrive channel, without disturbing the neighbours.

Bad Points

Serious band musicians might look for something bigger. (Fortunately, it comes in 100 watt size too!)

General Comments

The Marshall MG30DFX is compact/ mobile. A great practice amp. Clean channel delivers crisp sounding chords, Overdrive channel delivers low down crunchy sounds for chord or lead work. I haven't played it at high volume yet, but the promise is there. FX are a nice touch especially the 'Echo' which makes you want to play better. (Bum notes echo too!) Overall a good amp for the price and loads of fun, even for the begginer.
