Good Points

Easy to obtain


Bad Points

Very poor customer service, very bad practices in place and not at all suitable for anyone who travels outside the UK regularly


General Comments

Totally inflexible customer service and when abraod the Barclaycard Breathe is constantly suspended without notice costing the consumer large amounts of money to call the bank to get the card unblocked. Barclays has no concept of customer service when it comes to dealing with consumers who travel
