Well, they score points for at least existing in their pathetic existence. How's that for deep thinking? Still, that's hardly a good argument for anyone or any company, and I only say this because I'm trying to be positive even though having to wallow through all this.
Bad Points
I am genuinely upset. First impressions are always important and now I don't think I'll ever use any delivery service again, no matter how big-named they are. Better safe than sorry.
General Comments
Everything seemed to be going as planned and I was very excited about getting my package, and as a first-time customer, I thought "what could possibly go wrong?" Only after this experience, by doing some research, that I found this is a very common occurrence with this company Business Post Ltd. Seems like they have a commitment to mediocrity.
My item was damaged beyond repair and I received no word back on compensation or insurance or anything. I was told numerous times that they "would get back to me", but I gave up hope after the third call. I spent over 300 pounds, never even received my item, and now I don't know how to get any compensation whatsoever.
