I have recently had extremely poor service from carphone warehouse Leeds when recently my phone stopped charging. They put across a 'cant be bothered' attitude and the woman who served me was VERY rude and held an attitude against me for no reason whatsoever. They refused to fix my phone, but when my phone was sent to Samsung they had no problem in fixing it. They just want your money, and once your phone has problems they couldn't care less. I would advise anyone to go straight to the manufacturer or service provider when buying a phone as the service in those two facilities is of a much higher standard and they do the best to try and help you unlike carphone warehouse.
