Good Points

Updates quitely in the background.
Lets you know if it cant update.
Seems to catch all the threats so far for the past 7 Months.
dosn't constantly set up nag screens for upgrades & other products.
the slow scan option running in the background has very little impact on productivity


Bad Points

Have had an occasional failed or bad virus database download, (This has normally sorted itself on the next database update) and when it has seemed more urgent a manual download of the update has always cured the problem.
All in all I have used the product on a number of equipments for 5 years and always found it to be quick, efficient and effective.


General Comments

Replaced McAfee and Norton with AVG Technologies Antivirus 8.5.285 and BitDefender. after a number of problems with McAfee reporting spurious threats and conflicting on occasion with Norton.
