Stayed in 4 bed executive villa which was extremely poor and in need of renovation. Maid service which was supposed to be included in tariff was almost non-existent. Cigarette ends found on patio area, lipstick stains on wine glasses and all china, cutlery etc had to be washed prior to use. Villa was not cleaned during stay apart from the kitchen bin rubbish which was removed only once. Towels not changed and we were told we could collect fresh from customer services if we wanted. When complained that villa had not been cleaned, despite being told cleaners would come back, we were then told there was no one available. Would not recommend Longleat!
