The product is okay. However, the hinge on one window needs replacing after just one year.
Bad Points
The people are poor to deal with. My views on the sales people are similar to other reviews. In the first part of my order the fitters had to return on numerous occasions to remedy poor quality fitting work. Now I am threatened with legal action about the second installation ,which is unbelievable. I thought I was a valued customer. Take no notice of the words on their website about customer care.
General Comments
I have just received a letter threatening legal action from Anglian Home Improvements ltd. It has been suggested that I am in breach of contract for not allowing them on site to finish the work they started. Under the contract they are only due their money when the work has been completed. Despite having paid 80% of the value of the contract their Manager has been rude, aggressive and insulting, desperate to get the remaining money. Steer clear of this company.

I agree with this review because...we are having a similar problem of threats to be taken to court if you don't do it there way.
Signed a contract with Anglia in September 2007 and to this date (May 2009) still have no conservatory after we found out just what they're like. They seem to have a knack of agreeing to things and then going back and changing the goal posts to suit them selves as long as they get money out of you they are not concerned with anything else. Once you have signed with them they run amock. There is no one controlling this company because FENSA is run by them as well so all very deceiving. The Worst Co Ever.
