General Comments

I paid off my new look store card account based on a recent bill then I called and closed the account. I moved house and did not inform them of the address change. The new tennants did not pass on my letters and this company made no effort to call or email me. when I was finally given my post I had many letters saying that I was in arrears. I called the company to question this and they were rude, pretended that they had no record of my call and told me that my account had been passed to another company. When I asked which company they said that they didnt know. i called three times that evening and eventually got through to someone who was at least willing to take payment. i have never been spoken to so badly when calling a company. I advise anyone thinking of getting a new look store card to think twice. the clothes are badly made, the staff are rude and they add charges to your account twice a month while doing as little as possible to inform you of the cost.
