I am able to vent my frustration about Business Post Ltd.
Bad Points
Everything under the sun, moon, and stars.
General Comments
Bring back the Ice Age, if this is the best Business Post can do. On multiple occasions I have received packages from them that were either a) LATE b) SERIOUSLY DAMAGED c) DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! d) I WAS TOLD THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO MY APT...WHEN I LIVE IN A HOUSE :-(
Trying to contact these people...is like trying to raise the dead. I actually am starting to believe I might have more luck holding a seance to reach a capable, intelligent office employee of Business Post than putting up with their ridiculous outsourcing, long wait times, and general unfriendly attitude.
