General Comments

Went on Thomson flight to la romana on 22/03/09 this flight suffered a six hour delay there were no reps from Thomson to pass on any information was given £8 food voucher which was inadequate we had paid a supplement of £398 for premium class and was not even sitting together we booked this holiday sixteen months in advance and yet a couple who were offered an upgrade to premium three days before flying and for half price sat together outbound and inbound my wife who requested gluten free meals was told that there was no gluten free meals but there would be one on the return but on the return there was no gluten free meals when contacting Thomson we were told to read the A to Z information at the back of the book.
