Good Points

Not many. Customer service try their best but are themselves bound by company policy.


Bad Points

Pretty much everything since we made the order. Seemed above board in store but in hindsight the salesman was only telling us what we wanted to hear.


General Comments

Ordered cream leather sofa Aug '08. Waited in unitl 9pm on day of delivery having taken day off work. Delivery people friendly but very stressed in run-up to Christmas. Sofa grain was incorrect so refused to take delivery, was advised that customer service would contact us after the weekend. After much discussion we decided that we would cancel our order as CSL weren't able to guarantee Christmas delivery. However we were advised that it is not CSL policy to cancel any orders and therefore would retain our deposit ( £140) which we could use against future orders.
