The whole membership process is so untransparent. When I joined, I knew that someone had got a £39 rate before and I was told that I would go on a temporary rate, and when a lower rate came along, my rate would be lowered to the new rate. A couple of months later, a colleague at work got the same Platinum reciprocal membership for £29 per month (mine was 62% greater at £47), but my rate had still not been lowered. I had also been told that if I needed to cancel my membership, I could easily do so straight away through head office. To make matters even worse, my complaint is still not resolved after over six weeks! Never again :(
