Works quickly, doesn't dry your skin, it's cheap! You can also use it for a multitude of other problems, such as dry skin, shaving rash etc etc

It doesn't rub in too well so use what you like at night before bed as no one will see and in the morning just use a dab and rub it in well.

Sudocrem is a wonder cream for spots l swear!!

l am very lucky and only get the occasional spot but when l do it's big and knocks my confidence because l a hugely aware of it.

I normally use Panoxyl 2.5% but over the last fortnight for no reason [diet the same, not premenstural, not stressed etc] l suddenly came out with a huge spot, a week later and it was finally going and then wham an even bigger one appeared in exactly the same place.

How unlucky hey, and to make matters worse they just kept popping up everywhere. It was so horrid, as soon as l got home from work l took all my make up off [l only wear Clinique Almost Make Up so not much anyway] and gave my face a good scub and spent the whole evening feeling horrid and with my spots on show to my boyfriend but figured it would help. I also tried giving myself a steam facial, used tea tree oil etc. Nope, nothing worked.

Then l remembered sudocrem which several people have recommended to me before. l didn't believe them as they were not without spots themselves [tho l never stopped to notice if they went away quickly or not] and l thought it's a thick cream surely it will clog everything.

But l went for it anyway and boy does it work. A week later and they have all gone, a day after trying it you could barely see them. l put it on morning and night with a little moisturiser on top and it honestly works wonders! Do it!
