General Comments
I was with Virgin, who were so bad, i had to move away from them. So i went to sky as im a sky tv customer, oh boy, what a mistake. I can just about get 270k, 512k on a good day, but my max is 2MB. Never achieved this, but did get 1MB when i first changed over, but not for over a year. Customer services offshore is a waste of money, I would rather pay more and have the good service that has been provided by Scottish technicians dealing with TV customers. If i'm really honest, there are no good ISPs, just some are worse than others, not better.
