Every thing except the tube!


General Comments

I recently purchased 10 tubes of what I thought was Mentadent P Original Toothpaste. This morning I opened the first tube instantly noticed the awful colour and the taste is disgusting.
I phoned Unilever to complain and they have very kidly agreed to refund the cost of the product on its return to them.
I got a very good response from a guy at their freephone desk he said that Unilever might have to go back to the Original Flavour.
they may react and bring it back.
I ask you this 'How can you improve the perfect product'?
