thought virgin was good company

im ready to take company to court
never trust this company again really let me down.

i payed all my monthlys for no protection


General Comments

my car was vandalised by a drunk door was smahed with a big brick, window was scratched. called police who took the drunk person to station. next day police give me a crime num to give to virgin insurance who repaired my car i payed £250 excess fee which i should get back off 3rd party. i had my 3rd letter the other day in 8 months saying i lose 3 no claims because they cannot get hold of third party. the person got cheeky on phone when i said im going to take company to court. they basically said look mate where in the right your not.
