small bouquet of dead flowers I paid £55. Would not do anything when I complained at what arrived. still refusing to call me back and discuss.


General Comments

DO NOT USE Arena Flowers These guys really are the worst out. The flowers I ordered to go to my mum in London were terrible for the money I paid. I phoned to complain a few days later but was today they would not do anything to sort the matter out. I asked for a manager to call me back as no one was available. I waited three days and have been phoning ever since but do not get my call returned. I think this is terrible. We are in a recession do these people not care about their business no me as their customer?

    I disagree with this review because...

    I have used Arena Flowers on a few occasions, I saw a few arrangements myself and I have to say they were beautiful. The quality of the flowers are far better than local/station florists. You can see they are so fresh, most of the bouquets last at least 5days and every time I get either a phone call or a message saying "thank you, they are the best flowers I have ever received". I WILL RECOMMEND these guys to everyone I know.

    I had trouble once where a delviery was made late. I called the customer service and they were outstanding. I can only congratulate Arena Flowers!!!!
