ringing cistomer services and being offered a refund cash.impersonations of ancient russian tanks as i grinded gears as cycled
Bad Points
the worry,visiting halfords over ten times,dealing with most of cardiff penarth road bike staff
General Comments
The Carrera Kraken is a whole cycle of misery punctures galore sram wouldnt change gear,the peddle fell off a few hours after halfords fixed it cables snapped more punctures

I have the Carrera Kraken 2001 model. I got it just before the 2002 model came out so I got it slightly cheaper than normal.
