General Comments

After using Expedia for several years and being satisfied with the service, I recently used their service to book Elitis Hotel in Italy. The hotel was described as a 4 star and I was charged about £800 for 3 nights. On arriving at the hotel, I found that the published cost for the room was E150 double occupancy and E110. This price is fair for the hotel. I complianed to Expedia that I had been over-charged. The response was that I had received a special guaranteed rate and that they hoped I would use their service again to regain confidence.
