Good Points

Fast, easy and good quality coffees


Bad Points

Really does not like an oily bean and has ben trouble-some in the motherboard end of things. It is, in my opinion, too much technology for what you get.


General Comments

The Saeco Vienna Dlx is easy to use clean and service and makes wonderful coffees, but I have had issues with the leectronic "mother board" and have had to replace it twice. We have put through just about ten thousand cups and now it is in need of another mother board and I dont like putting 200 plus dollars into a machine like this every three years.
We have the cheaper, "no electronic" model as well and it has never given an issue.
