I can get an early coach from cross hands - and always get a seat.
Bad Points
Complaints about walk on fares in this day and age that is ridiculous. To get a single from Cross Hands to Port Talbot is £6 which is pathetic when you look at the £1 offers!
They are almost ALWAYS late - they change in Swansea with no regard to my 6am stop off point at Port Talbot as I need to catch a train to Bridgend!
The leg room is rubbish I am half inch off 6 foot. The train is definately a superior form of travel as leg room on decent trains is much better. You cannot drink alcohol or eat hot food yet you can on a train. If national express wants to say it is as good as the train it needs to grow up with the times!
General Comments
National Express has in the main very bad staff - who are insidious with their comments - it is usually ok though.
