Very slow to give you your money, bad communication,


General Comments

I have used TORFX on a regular basis to move money from the UK to canada. Every time I have issues, they miss the rate I want, they transfer the money late, about a week sometimes. I have tried and tried to work with them as they are based near my old hometown. I have now stopped, its just not worth the constant hassel, they keep keeping my money, keep giving me a transfer date and keep mising it. At the end of the day, the rate is not worth the delay and hasell.
