Likes the Hotel, its old stood the test of time. staff was always polite and willing to help in any way. Food selections were alright daily and theme nights. Nice idea to come to the hotel and encourage spring breakers with a VIP ticket and transportation.Good nightly entertainment on site.
Bad Points
VTO mus represented the aminities and are not asisting me getting my credit for transportation to and from the airport. They should tell folks, you might have to pay and oh, you will not get your credit even though LLamas travels said you will. That is the wholesaler who raises the price.
General Comments
My daughter and I planned a trip to Cancun for March, high season for spring break. The hotel Hotetur was good, average food selection was acceptable.The aminitaes were average , out door pool and directly on the beach.My compliant is for Vacations to Go and who wver the have for a wholesaler. They raise the cost of the nightly room to $170pp ,when the room cost $90. with meals and beverages.The ground transfer folks were not there to pick us up or take us back to the airport. It was one thing after another ,never what was explained initially
