The only good points....none
Bad Points
there's so many complicated and different logons, its like dealing with 20 different companies for one website. The pictures and web-pages are extremely complicated.
General Comments
3Dcart.com is thus far the worse customer support hosting service I've tried. The sales people told me support was free only to learn there's a charge, I was told Design support was available for free, only to learn it was a minimum of $700. I was told marketing feeds were available for free only to learn this was not true. I was told they would migrate my products from my old or existing website for free, only to learn this is available for $1500. I was told the price included initial setup for merchant processing only to learn this was not true. I sent several support tickets, only one was responded to 5 weeks later. Getting someone in support is an extra charge.
