Bad Points

we were charged for booking a table over the phone of £10 p/p 6 Adults & 4 small children, being a total of £100, why charge £10 deposit for a child when the meal comes to £6-50 ish,
A beautiful day ruined by a badly run Restaurant


General Comments

after waiting in the Langlands Brasserie for over 2 hours, our Sunday lunch of roast beef came, well I must say its the first time I have eaten the sole of a shoe, the beef was full of gristle & impossible to cut with a knife, we waited for someone to ask us if everything was ok, ALAS nobody came, my daughter did complain when a waitress came to clear the table, she said she would tell the manager, did he come ? NO, we waited & waited for dessert, in the end we got up as our 3 hour parking was almost up, we duely asked for the bill & said skip the desserts we will have Ice Cream on the Beach nice settings....shame about the food
worst food I eaten since , well I don't quite remember
