Good Points

had over 4 good years with Nissan Navara, kept it clean and tidy inside so I could get top dollar when it comes to sell it on.....like I was only talking about last week.


Bad Points

goddam thing goes and blows up on me!


General Comments

I have Navara D22 Double Cab, 2004. It's been regularly serviced by Nissan and only last week came out of a service. It has just over 89000 miles and today 12 April 2009....I was driving down the M1 at about 65, when a loud knocking started....it sounded like a piston was hitting a valve...maybe not, could have been a shell come off the crank from the big end....anyway, it went bang and spent 3 hours waiting to be recovered. I was told by a chap who buys and sells the Navara to be cautious at around 80k because the a con rod has a habit of shooting through the top of the engine.....I was lucky, it came out the bottom.....well gutted....
