General Comments

After reading reviews about returning faulty shoes to Office, I was very worried about the outcome when I had to make a return myself.
I bought a pair of Classic Baroque UGG boots from Office in the Trafford Centre December 21st last year, I had to take them back December 28th due to them having faulty lining. Unfortunately, they couldn't exchange them at the time as with the Christmas period, they had sold out of the style I purchased. However, the manager offered me a discount with the option to exchange in the future if the fault continued to be a problem.
I accepted this, and wore the boots until earlier this month.
The lining had gotten worse and bothered me more, especially now I was wearing them folded down.
I called the store first and spoke to the manager, who at the time couldn't remember me (although I didn't expect him to based on the amount of customers he probably sees on a daily basis) but told me to bring the boots back in. I took them down that evening and as soon as I walked in, he remembered me straight away.
Unfortunately, they never had stock of the same style boots in after Christmas, but I was offered an exchange for any other style they had in. I tried a few pairs (the manager had the patience of a saint with me) and settled on a pair to exchange.
The pair I exchanged for had gone up in price since I purchased my boots in December, however, the manager offered to do them at the December price as that's when I would've bought them. He also offered a further discount for the inconvenience caused.
Although throughout this experience I wasn't offered the option of a refund (I never asked for one either) I never felt like it was something that was being kept from me. All I wanted was what I went out to buy, a pair of UGG's which weren't faulty.
The service given by the manager in the Trafford Centre was outstanding and I will definitely shop there again in the future!
