The character shop is a little bit over priced and the apartments arent that clean, but there are the only problems
General Comments
The staff are very very happy and friendly. The food on site is lovely. Also the shop sell all the essenstals. The character shop is alright for gifts. The entertainment is outstanding its the best hoilday ive ever been to. Pontins, Prestatyn holiday is worth going on and i recommend it to anyone.
