Good Points

Even bigger and roomier than my old mond.
6 speed - great for motorway cruising. 70mph sees 1900rpm!!!!!!
Stereo controls on steering wheel! Cool!
Rear head retraints and rear arm rest.
Elec windows all round and electric operated wing mirrors.
Extendable passenger cup holder - nice!
Great torquey engine. Pulls and pulls. Wow!


Bad Points

Steering a lot heavier than my previous MkII mondeo. MIght be the heavier engine!!!
The front alloys have pitted slightly.
Noisy at start up, takes longer to warm up to optimum temprature compared to my petrol Mond (What is the reason for this???)
Apart from that, absolutely nothing. Great car!


General Comments

I bought my 2003 2.0 TDCI Zetec on the 21/03/09 after a naughty HGV totalled my 1997 1.8 mondeo zetec on 19/03/09

I bought it privately. Machine silver, 1 previous owner, 55,000 miles full service history, new tyres, just had new discs and pads, the previous owner had fittedthe 2005 model rear light cluster fitted and chrome front grill. Looks and feels mint............ £2900 Bargain
