For 5 years the Gastrolux Cookware pans were awesome. They did not warp, very easy to clean, and they heated evenly. After 5 years the finish is totally worn off. If you fry anything, it is terrible to clean (worse than any other pan we have had) Although we paid $500; the company would replace the pans for $197 and made it sound like they were doing us a favor. You need to throw the pans out at 5 years.
