General Comments

i took out the Admiral Car Insurance policy online and ended up paying the full year cost when i wanted a monthly debit, then after very lengthy calls at my cost and being left on hold for 15 mins at a time and having managment refuse to talk to me i get informed there is no one who can send the required fax to re imberse my money so i can access no money in my account. so they have had 1 year and 1 month money from me, this has o be the worst customer care i have ever come accross, i am dissgusted.
