Has some good items for sale sometimes at very good prices

Ideal world is not a bad shopping channel, until something goes wrong and then its absolutly dreadful. Trying to sort out problems, with wrong items being delivered and other items not being sent. It took me 6 phone calls all of which had to be paid for at premium time and then a letter before my complaint was sorted out. No one ever contacted me.
