Really improved the strength of my nails in about 4 weeks
Bad Points
I was slightly alarmed that the tablet gave me bright yellow pee- but apparently it's from the body getting rid of excess riboflavin (vitamin B2)
General Comments
I bought Perfectil in the hope that it would strengthen my thin and splitting nails. After about 4 weeks I really noticed a difference, my nails are growing much faster and stronger than they were. My skin feels much softer too. I haven't noticed much difference to my hair yet, but it was in good condition before I started.
