I actully booked tickets with Theatre Tickets Direct a couple of times and the staff was very helpful. Even though I was advices that tickets are not refundable or ex-changeable ,i made a terrible mistake and booked the wrong date. I was very stressed and thought to give them a call and much to my surprise the tickets were re-sold on my behalf in lass than 48 hrs and I booked the show for the correct date.
And guess what THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME ANY ADMIN FEE.
They are great,do not listen to what others say, it is all about the way you approach any human beeing.
