General Comments

I needed a car to take my elderly mum out in, she was unable to get in and out of my L reg peugeot 106. I have got a really bad credit history, so i knew i would have problems with getting any type of credit. I firstly tried creditplus, however they couldn't help so they referred me to Approved Car Finance. The gentleman i spoke to was extremely helpful and after trying loads of finance companies managed to find me some finance through "cygnate finance". So i went down to showroom, thinking i was just going to drop some paperwork off! however i ended up staying 4 hours sorting the agreement out (not good when i have 3 very hyperactive children)
It was 2 hours before i was shown any cars, they asked me what i was after and showed me 3 cars, 2 which were totally unsuitable however 1 that was perfect. So we decided to go with that one. It then took another 2 hours to finish the paperwork off, most of this time was a waste as, I had forgotton to take my paper part of my driving licence so they unsuccessfully tried to ring the DVLA to confirm who i was, but sadly because it was a bank holiday there was no one there. So in the end i decided it would be better if i was to go home and find it and they would deliver the car the next day to me.
I found this experience to be a great experience, nothing like the one i had, had with welcome finance 3 years previous. I said right from the start i didn't want any PPI or added insurance, so they didn't try to sell it to me.
