Bad Points
Glitchy in a way that doesn't make sense. You never know what to expect or when something odd is going to happen.
General Comments
GMX Mail seemed like a good idea with its attractive appearance and free service but I've had strange problems. Some e-mails I send take a long time to arrive at their destination and I found a bunch in the draft folder and they did not appear in the sent folder. A message would flash that they couldn't be sent so they'd get dumped into the draft folder. Also, when deleting e-mails, sometimes it freezes on loading the e-mail. You can't just delete it. It's okay for mail that you're not worried about losing but it seems unreliable and sometimes the connection gets lost. I'm phasing out and moving over to gmail.
