General Comments

My Fire arrived today at long last, it was well packed and is in working order but I was told at first it would take about 5 days delivery, then I was told it was out of stock and it would be here in another week, but when I complained they managed to deliver one the next day. Also www.fireplacemegastore.co.uk is the only website I have purchased things from that take the money straight away regardless of whether they have one in stock or not, and even before it is ready for delivery, other websites don't take the money until the item is dispatched. After saying all that my complaint was dealt with and the staff were very helpful. So apart from no one communicating to me that it wasn't in stock and that there would be a delay, my dealings with them have been OK.
