General Comments

MCE Motorcycle Insurance customer care is diabolical...is there one person working in that department?
Of course sales answer fast, I wonder why....
AVOID, incompetent at form filling, then have the audacity to charge extra because THEY omitted details you told them, complete fiasco.
Not only did they make mistakes with one of my vehicles they are currently making mistakes on another.
I have emailed last July to inform them of my 3points on my licence, they confirmed receiving my email & said details will be amended on policy, it's only by chance after to speaking to re-newals today that they never updated the policy!!!
Totally a case of pass the buck..... I would rather have paid more.
Why have a burger when you can have a steak?
