Bad Points
The poor tour of the supposed factory, although we were told a part of the factory was being re-developed, it was a major part. One of the attendants barked at the kids for holding a camera near the hoarded off area of the factory, were Cadbury's worried that we may have done what they did many years ago, as they clearly stated in their presentation, that they travelled to Swizerland and stole the idea that adding milk to chocolate made it tastier, good old Nestle I presume. Very poor attraction and with what they have there it could have been so much more, get the disney people involved and get creative for britains sake. By giving out bars of chocolate on your way around doesn't mean you have a winner.
General Comments
Coming back to Cadbury World, Birmingham after 10 years we thought it may have changed/improved, but we were mistaken, unfortunately. Unless something major happens here, nothing will bring us back, the kids were really disappointed with what they saw.
In 'ESSENCE' you are told you produce your own style of chocolate, all you do is tell the attendant what you want in your cup, eg.. chipped biscuit, marshmellow,etc.., then they add liquid chocolate into the cup and there is your self styled chocolate, please, don't make me laugh.
