General Comments

I bought a white gold and diamond ring from Fraser Hart Manchester branch. After 12 months I had to return it as a diamond had fallen out, the ring was replaced. I then had to return the replacement a further four times due to the same problem, on the last occasion I was advised that there was a fault with the ring and I should choose something else.
The ring I originally purchased is still on sale in the store even though I was advised of the fault with the design and metal.
I was tolld that I could not have a refund and I had to choose another product.
