I made an appointment for a roots regrowth and a fringe cut with Willie Smarts. My 'stylist' , who did not have a clue of good manners and how to professionally deal with clients.She cut my fringe with one gesture, without actually looking what she was doing.It was not straight and completely awful! I would have done better job myself! She refused to tint my regrowth , as apparently my six weeks one was too short and told me to wait another month. Thank god for that,
would not want to risk another disaster.
Went to complain next morning to someone I thought was the owner of ' the Salon'. He was completely not bothered and told me to come back later.
