I have had 3 hamsters and 2 guinea pigs from here in the last year. all of the hamsters died from "natural causes" (took all 3 to the vet) and one of my guinea pigs has just die today of "natural causes" pets at home said we were "unlucky".
They are completely useless and are just money grabbing.
Would not reccomend them to anyone

I myself have bought animals from there, the service and their knowledge was very impressive and i am very happy with my pets. they offer free health checks with their on site vets and vouchers with money off worming, neutering and vaccinations which i think is brilliant. Although pets at home want to promote great pet ownership i don't think they can be responsible for you losing your pets. They can,t be responsible for the health of your pet once in your care.
