None at cancellation juncture


General Comments

I signed up to Toucan broadband with anytime calls several years ago and the service was very good HOWEVER buyer beware as soon as Pipex/Tiscali took it over to cancel the service due to moving home became virtually impossible! I sent 6 emails and two hard copy letters and eventually received an email one month later saying I would have to give 30 days notice for cancellation from their reply. Considering I had given more than that I felt they were engaged in fraudulent behaviour only acknowledging camcellation which enabled them to make a profit out of it and I was not seeking a MAC code. With call centres in Manila and accounts in Lithuania and there slow response. If you want Customer service from an ISP provider such as Tiscali/Pipex FORGET IT!
