Good Points

The engineer told me that it's DYson's policy that your cleaner will last a lifetime because call the parts and available and repalcable. Their customer service is just fantastic.

General Comments

I've had my Dyson DC07 for about 10 years now. In that time I've only ever had two problems with it. About 4 years ago the suction was very poor and it wasn't working as it had in the past. I called the Dyson help desk and they talked me through a number of tests on the machine. This enabled the man on the phone to identify the problem, that it needed a new cyclone. It cost £35, two days later the part arrived, I fitted it easily, good as new.

Then about 6 months ago it packed up completely. I called the help desk at 6pm SUnday (yes they're open even on a sunday evening). They told me it sounded like the motor. At 10am Monday morning their engineer called and for £65 he replaced the motor, all the filters and the roller brush on the front and gave the machine a complete service. Once again it was good as new.
